This was a computerised strategy game illustrating the Blue Ocean Strategy concepts, methodologies, and analytics tools.
As a team, we managed a fictitious company over several years in the game console industry.
Using Blue Ocean Strategy tools, theories, and frameworks to break away from competition and create a blue ocean of new market space for our company and increase our share index.
